ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Mark is a recognized expert in industrial and military applications associated with cavitation. He is knowledgeable regarding the people, companies, & products currently in the market. In 1983 he earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering with honors and in 1988 a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Worcester, MA. In 2002 Mark founded NanoSpire, Inc. In 1994 Mark founded CFD Associates, a computational fluid dynamics firm consulting widely in cavitation and CFD. Clients included DuPont, Estee Lauder and many other companies involved in mixing and cavitation dispersion. Mark was a Sr. Research Engineer in the Fluid Mechanics Group for Lockheed Missiles and Space Co., Sunnyvale, CA, responsible for hydrodynamic and CFD analysis of cavitation and supercavitation during the underwater launch performance of the Trident I & II missiles. Macrocationic, crystallized cavitation reentrant jets were first observed during investigation of directed cavitation reentrant jet nano and micro-machining in water by the author in 2004 in Buxton, ME, on grants funded by the Maine Technology Institute. I again observed the same behavior in 2005 on work funded by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority as PI, with co-investigators Serge Lebid, EVP NanoSpire, Inc., Prof. Eric Eisenbraun of Albany Nanotech, and others. The extreme pressure and temperature of cavitation bubble collapse was compressing dissociated water H+ and OH- ions at the bubble interface into solid, faceted macrocationic crystals possessing an equilateral triangle crystalline subunit. Reentrant jet impacts formed pit cross-sections that were equilateral triangles, regular or oval-shaped hexagons, twinned crystals such as hourglasses, or hybrids of triangles and hexagons. The presentation will provide an overview of data and theories addressing the structure and dynamics of crystallized cavitation reentrant jets in coherently extracting zero point energy, triggering fusion and driving prebiotic chemistry.

After closely contemplating the efficacy of solar, wind, water, and other renewable energy sources; it became apparent that these options relied on finite sources of energy and couldn’t possibly create an ‘end all’ platform for energy independence. Thus, commenced the quest to develop a type of energy generating system which could truly sustain and balance energy in a new way. We commenced by creating simple energy efficient motor/generators based on open source information attainable through internet searches and published data. Shortly after, our interest in sacred geometry led us to the Vortex Based Mathematics works of Marko Rodin, which were later refined by Randy Powell. The entire VBM premise is based on universal ‘natural pathways’ or ‘flow paths’ that exist in the 3-D space we inhabit. This understanding has also been verified by Dan Winters, Nassim Haramein, Nikola Tesla, CERN Researchers, and many others working in the field of platonic solids. After seeing other small scale models created by driven inventors; we decided to take our understanding a step further and develop our custom framework to control and ensure geometric precision in toroidal space. We began testing different wiring algorithms and creating custom circuitry to understand and replicate our own findings for both on and off grid uses. Over the course of 4 years, we have developed enough collective knowledge to replicate our results on large and small scale uses; while posting our findings to the internet community in an attempt to raise awareness and peek interest into these wonderful new possibilities.

An IT Professional by trade, I have worked as a Systems Administrator in areas such as Corporate Offices and Marketing Agencies, to Auto Dealerships and the Home. The challenges of an IT Professional could be a monumental task to handle, however a grasp of the medium, that being Computer Technology, can easily rectify a given problem. Some time ago, I have pondered the problem of water. Essential and simple it seems. Though with fresh water sources becoming scarce, the need for water and its life giving properties becomes a critical issue. Being also a self taught student of Geometry and Physics, Sacred Science and Ancient Megalithic Construction, the application of water in ancient times, was maximized to harness its life creating and sustaining properties. This is evidenced in the book “Seeds of Knowledge, Stone of Plenty” by John Burke and Kaj Halberg. Burke and Halberg proved that the magnetic field effect created by the stones at Stonehenge in England, improved the germination time and yielded more plant with seeds that were “charged” within, than with seeds that were not “charged” by Stonehenge. This very simple and elegant principal is applied to water with the Super Imploder’s Magnetic Array. It was mastery of this principle, this “field effect” that was documented by Dan Winter using his equation for Gravity based on Golden Ratio fractals. Dan Winter Dan Winter’s background is as multi-faceted as his viewpoint. Graduating with honors from the University of Detroit, Dan pursued graduate studies in psycho physiology and the origin of languages. In addition to his academic background, he has worked as a Systems Analyst with IBM, an industrial metallurgist and crystallographer. Although successful experiments continue to be difficult to reproduce and control, commercial enterprises are in a race to develop working prototypes, and eventually to engineer reactors for the commercial market. We will review publicly available information on three such commercial enterprises: Brillouin Energy Corp. Leonardo Corp. (Andrea Rossi) and Defkalion Green Technologies. We will discuss recent announcements and developments of all three and explore likely go-to-market strategies. A critical barrier to any proposed commercial enterprise is attracting private financial support for R&D and commercialization efforts. We will review different approaches to funding efforts and some of the structural impediments. Finally, we will present a survey of the patent landscape in the United States. Patents, of course, provide a limited-time monopoly on useful inventions and are intended to incentivize investment in new technologies. How is the position of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office relating to inventions in LENR inhibiting the development of the industry? What will it take for this to change? Once LENR patents do begin to issue, how will this affect the proliferation of the technology? Is open-source LENR likely or desirable? These and other topics will be discussed, with a focus on commercialization of LENR technologies.
